Incorrect parameter adjustment by some clients has caused sealant to leak from the short side of the PV module, contaminating the conveyor belt. Cleaning the belt is a labor-intensive process.In response, Glode’s team of engineers has provided on-site monitoring and advisory support. The solution implemented was an optimization of the Lamination fixture, which involved adding a Teflon cloth to its short edge. This prevents contamination of the conveyor fabric and eliminates related module defects like bubbles and misalignment, ultimately boosting our clients’ production line capacity.As a result, Team Glode has earned high praise from the client.
